Having in mind the seriousness of the organized crime in all its forms of action, the need imposes of having appropriate approach, meaning rapid and decisive reaction by the countries at national, as well as international plan in order to successfully deal with the threats and consequences resulting from it.

In this course, the organized crime with motor vehicles, its transnational character, the huge amount of money being generated by it, but also the large number of people being involved in performing this organized crime are a reason more to have an organized approach by the countries in order to prevent it at national and international level.

Having in mind these reasons, this review is an attempt to create a material that will show the real state of affairs in the area of legislation in the countries from South Eastern Europe, i.e. a material that will indicate all the positive solutions, but also to locate the weaknesses and omissions being present in their legislations in order to overcome them in the forthcoming period and create the assumptions to successfully deal with all the forms of organized criminal action, including the organized crime with motor vehicles.
