Maintaining and developing regular contacts with other international organisations in the field of security policy and justice and home affairs in the SEE region (Interpol, WCO, Europol, EUBAM, other EU institutions, UNODC, BSEC and others). Developing relations with the SECI Centre member states, partners and observers. Upgrading the SECI Centre performance and operational capability.
