Description: BUCHAREST, January 21st - The SECI Center Director, Gürbüz Bahadir, met today the Ambassador of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, H.E. Ljupco Arsovski whom he talked about the transformation of SECI Center into SELEC and law enforcement cooperation in the region.
