Description: BUCHAREST, January 12th - The SECI Center Director, Gürbüz Bahadir welcomed today the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Dr. Eldar Hasanov who reaffirmed his countrys support for the activities of the regional organization. Azerbaijan is one of the SECI Centers 19 observer states.
